being in love
When I was a kid, I was in love with so many boys. All the time!!! But secretly. Only I knew, and my best friend and every girl in the class (because try keeping a secret when you are small. It’s like impossible! You can’t!). But the boys never liked me because they were really stupid and liked skateboarding and dumb boy stuff or because I wasn’t very cool (try being cool as a kid. It’s like impossible!!!!).
I had so many reasons for them not loving me too. Like that they were shy. But one reason was the biggest one: because they only loved girls on Fridays. I knew that from the song “Friday I’m in Love” which was a famous song. It’s a song about a boy who never has feelings, and every day is dumb and boring, and he doesn’t care if you break his heart. But then on Friday, suddenly he falls in love with you! And it was true, because every Friday, the boys were in love. But sometimes with me, sometimes with other girls. Once with a really dumb girl I hated, and she was much less cool than me!!!
I think there should be more songs about it, because it will help girls understand the feelings that boys have.
